I enjoyed amazing views of the Arno River and the iconic Ponte Vecchio right from my room. The rooftop terrace was a perfect spot for sunset cocktails, and the staff were cute, sharing fabulous local...

Wonderful location on the Arno, Zuna to all sights that was great. Breakfast was sufficient and wonderful, only the coffee tasted strange. But the cappuccino was great.
The ventilation / heating in the room was not ideal. It was mostly too cold.

Central location, beds really comfortable, rooms rather small but sufficient, everything nice and clean. All in all not cheap but okay, we would come back.
Breakfast could be better

Very good breakfast buffet, friendly and very attentive staff. Central location.
Although deluxe double room booked, this was very small. No possibility to store suitcases (they are always in the way). Shelf for suitcases could not be set up, because it blocks the way into the bathroom.

This hotel is well located a few steps away from the heart of Florence. It has parking (although has to be paid separately) and that is a must hbe if you got to Florence by car as it is impossible to park no where....

The location was great... The staff were very helpful & friendly
The hallway leading to our rooms as well as our room looked very tired... We had a smell in our room which was an immediate turn off...we went out for dinner and walked for the evening,...Our main goal was to find another hotel to stay at. We bit the bullet for the first night, and even paid the 50% penalty for the second night cancellation...My wife & I could not spend another night there. If they could freshen up the rooms, carpeting and put add memory foam matress covers to the beds, it would be a great value for the money. We found a 4 Star hotel for the second night @ 83EU for the night compared to this hotel (3 star) for 130EU per night. The room and hotel pictures were not at all representative of the accommodations.
